IT-Designers GmbH operates the website www.reqlab.de (hereinafter “the website”, also accessible at www.reqlab.net, www.reqlab.info and www.reqlab.biz) and, thus, as the controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) is responsible for the processing and protection of the personal data of users (hereinafter: users) of the website and the customers and employees of the company.

Personal data is captured, processed and used by the IT systems maintained for the website in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations and the available technical possibilities.

The purpose of the website is to provide information about the reQlab services offered by IT-Designers GmbH

If you contact us via email, please be advised that the confidentiality of the submitted information is not guaranteed, as the content of emails can be seen by third parties during transmission. Accordingly, we recommend that sensitive information is only sent by post.

Definition of personal data

Personal data is detailed information about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, your name, your address, your telephone number, your e-mail address and your date of birth.

Data economy and retention period

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. We only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes listed here (e.g. product enquiry) or in accordance with the varying retention periods stipulated by law. The corresponding data is routinely blocked or erased in accordance with the applicable regulations once the purpose no long applies or the retention period has lapsed.

To ensure that a block on data can be considered at any time, this data must be held in a lock file for control purposes. You can also demand the erasure of the data, providing there is no legal requirement to archive this data. We will block your data on request if such a requirement exists.

You can make changes to or revoke consent at any time with effect for the future by sending us a corresponding informal message. An email sent to our Data Protection Officer is sufficient to assert the rights described above.

All information and all our activities are transferred and provided in accordance with these regulations – depending on the circumstances and legal situation – free of charge in principle and within the periods stipulated by the standards.

Technical capture of usage data

We perform statistical evaluations on anonymous information of this kind, so as to optimise our Internet presence and the underlying technology.

Other data stored by the user’s access or host provider about the user as the customer may be personal data or data that is attributable to a person. This data is transmitted during the simple usage process (“surfing”), is not stored beyond the usual duration of the calculation process and is not evaluated – for any purpose whatsoever – in relation to specific persons.
